Today Young Thug Young Thug accepted a plea deal. Judge Whitaker said his sentence is essentially 40 years. The first five years in prison has been commuted as time served. Followed by 15 years on probation. Followed then by the back-loaded 20 years; which can be served in custody and will be served in custody if he violates probation. If he completes 15 year probation, it will be commuted to time served. No more free Young Thug. Young Thug is free!
