On Sunday evening Christopher Darnell Jones Jr. shot 5 members of the University of Virginia football team claiming the lives of three (D’Sean Perry, Lavel Davis Jr. and Devin Chandler) and injuring the other 2 after a field trip to Washington DC.
Jones Jr. was apprehended with out incident yesterday morning and is being charged with three counts of second-degree murder and three counts of using a handgun in the commission of a felony after Sunday’s fatal shooting. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Henrico County.
