The Point God Chris Paul has led the Phoenix Suns along with Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton to the NBA Finals. Matter of fact this was their first playoff appearance in 10 years. They were eliminated by the Kobe Bryant led Los Angeles Lakers in 2010. They haven’t been to the NBA Finals since Charles Barkley took them there in 1993, but fell short to the Michael Jordan led Bulls. The greatest leader in basketball as Sir Charles calls him has lead by example and after 16 years will be going to his first NBA Finals.
Chris Paul led all scorers with 41 points last night with 31 coming in the second half to cruise past the Los Angeles Clippers 130 – 103. CP3 and Monty Williams started together and can hopefully win it all together. The Suns will wait for the winners of the Hawks vs Bucks series. Game 5 is tonight at 8:30 PM ET on TNT.
