An official statement was made by the Los Angelas Lakers and Vanessa Bryant yesterday. The Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant will have a bronze statue unveiled at Star Plaza outside of Crypto.com arena aka the house that Kobe Built. The statue unveiling will happen February 8, 2024 (2-8-24). The significance to the date is 2 for their daughter Gianna Bryant who wore number 2. 8 and 24 for the jersey numbers Kobe wore as a Laker.
