Kyrie Irving Set To Debut At Barclays Sunday; Covid Mandate Lifted

Today New York City Mayor Eric Adams lifted the private sector vaccine mandate. This will allow exemption for athletes and entertainers in workplaces. Unvaccinated Yankees and Mets players are now eligible for home games. Including the Brooklyn Nets superstar point guard Kyrie Irving.

Kyrie Irving stuck to his guns this season and has not taken the COVID-19 vaccine and in turn had to miss all home games so far this season. He has only played in 12 NBA games this season after being a “part-time” player on the roster. Kyrie’s first home game this season will take place against the Charlotte Hornets this Sunday.
