Jay-Z and Diddy Sexual Assault Lawsuit Dismissed

The Jane Doe that accused Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter and Sean “Diddy” Combs of rape after the 2000 MTV VMA has been dismissed in federal court in New York. Jay-Z has also said he plans on taking legal action against Tony Buzbee, the attorney who represented the Jane Doe.

Jay-Z posted a statement on instagram that read “Today is a victory. The frivolous, fictitious and appalling allegations have been dismissed.” You can read the full statement here.
