What can we expect from Colin Kaepernick’s workout?
News broke earlier this week that the NFL is holding a private workout for Colin Kaepernick. His team was notified and tried to get it pushed to a Tuesday, but the NFL insisted it would have to be Saturday take it or leave it. Some say it is strange because games are on Sundays and most GM’s won’t be there.
Hue Jackson to lead Colin Kaepernick workout and over 10 NFL teams have committed to attend this workout. The Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, New York Giants, New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington Redskins, Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks. This season numerous quarterbacks have been sidelined with injuries. This is the perfect opportunity for Kaep to show the world he is ready to play and can still contribute to a team. Kaepernick is 32 and has been out of the league since 2016.
