Casanova 2x and 17 Members of the “Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation” Gang Arrested

2020 has seen hip hop artists in all sorts of trouble. From shooting deaths to arrests. Roc Nation artist Casanova 2x and 17 members of the “Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation” Gang have been arrested and charged with racketeering, murder, narcotics, firearms, and fraud offenses. Although Casanova is the most known of those charged he does not appear to be the ring leader in these charges.

The nonprofit was principally run by Gorilla Stone street leader Christopher Erskine, who’s nicknamed Beagle. Shanay Outlaw, aka Easy, with the help of other gang members, launched the charity D.A.E.M.P.I.R.E. — Determined Adults Exceedingly Motivating Peers Into Responsible Entrepreneurs.

“D.A.E.M.P.I.R.E. as described over wiretaps and recorded jail calls, was designed to take advantage of nonprofit grants to benefit gang members,” wrote Assistant US Attorney Shiva Logarajah.
