Monday morning Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in New York City following a grand jury indictment. The 54 year old music mogul is being charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for purposes of prostitution, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan said.
Combs, was denied bail Tuesday after pleading not guilty and will remain in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) indefinitely. The judge agreed with prosecutors and labeled him a flight risk. He is facing 15 years to life.
