7th Woman Accuses Governor Andrew Cuomo Of Harassment

A 7th woman has come forward accusing Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual misconduct. At the time 24 year old Jessica Bakeman who is now a reporter at WLRN in Miami said in New York Magazine that she was caught in an incident during a 2014 holiday party. Cuomo wanted them to pose for a picture. During this time Bakeman she was covering him. She said Cuomo took her hand, put his arm around her, with his hand on her waist and held her “firmly in place.” Bakeman also said she wanted to get away as the encounter stretched on and then felt humiliated when she said Cuomo turned to her in front of her colleagues and said, “I’m sorry. Am I making you uncomfortable? I thought we were going steady.”

Congressman and woman of the Democratic party are urging Cuomo to resign amidst the scandal and the investigation with his handlings of COVID-19 and nursing homes. An independent investigation is underway with his sexual misconduct allegations. I will tell you this, whether his intentions were playful or not, you have to know who ton play around with in the workplace. Especially if you’re someone with power.</.p>
